Called and said I had "won" a $9,000 grant. Has a heavy mid-east accent and very difficult to understand.

Same here, except the accent sounded more Asian, rather than middle eastern.  Called on 11/3/2014 at 3:05pm CST.

Called, no message. See above.

I have had this phishing company call me twice and I told him that I was not interested and bother times they started talking over me.  He has an accent but I can't distinguish if it's middle eastern or Indian (forgive my ignorance) but it's annoying so I just blocked this number on my phone

Oh snap! Saw Washington D.C. on the caller I.D. and thought it was Michelle or Obama wanting my input on a certain situation. #AlreadyVoted

Called with a heavy middle eastern accent to tell me I won a $9000 federal grant to renovate my house, or go to school, or anything other than drinking and drugs. Sounded very fishy and they were very rude about talking over me. Talked to a "supervisor" who happened to be standing nearby and he told me the exact same thing. It was completely scripted and they would start the entire thing over had you interrupted them.
