automated phone call, telling me to call them back that i'm going to be sued.  If i was going to be sued, send me something in writing via the USPS!

I received the same call. Very threatening. Came up as all zeros. Any idea?

Called me saying that I was going to be taken to court n I needed a lawyer and to call back right away

I just received this call too.  It came up restricted on my cell phone.  Is there anything we can even do???  I believe I received calls from this type of scammer quite a few months back and it had stopped.  I called them out on their scam because I plugged the number in to google and found all of these comments.  The guy proceeded to get really nasty with me. I told him to call back.  I answered the phone said just a minute and let the phone sit until they hung up.  Didn't get a call back!

My husband just got a call too saying he had a restraining order out on him. Who is this person??? Call him out and tell him if he doesn't stop we will call the police!!

I got some one on the phone and told then I'm calling the police and to stop the fake scams. The told me that they were Irs collection litigation. Which makes no sense. Cause we don't own the irs and they don't do cold calls. If the call u! Don't give your name. Just ask them their name and I talked to a Nicole  Ryan but after me calling them and irritating  them the seemed to block me! Lol fake as hell

These people call for someone named Kristi Duncan. Don't know her, don't want to. Unknown came up on my cell and an automated voice said that she has been named for a lawsuit and that if she doesn't show up they will call her employer. GO AHEAD! I don't care! These people are lower than scum.

this company is looking for Crystal Mendoza is not me they will not stop calling me even though I have contacted them.

Haha!! This is the Mother of all Scams!!! Recorded Message said I had 4 hours to return their call or the cops would be at my door to collect me.  If I would call them back I needed to push 9 to talk to one of there Attorney's I could resolve with my credit card.  What a great laugh on Halloween!!! :)

Just got my call. Same exact message.

They just called me from an unknown number and said something about being sued and a restraining order and garnishing my wages. Hope this is a scam. I hate getting these calls.

This same thing just happened to me....told me that I am being sued and I had 4 hours to contact them or further matters would be taken...looked up the 202-417-2021 number and it directed me to the site. When I called the number back said something about a Storage company....

Same call very demanding. I am on SSDI . My dog growled at the voice mail.

Same thing here about 20 minutes; it came up unknown on my iPhone and they left me a voice mail with the number.  I called the number and got no answer.

I just received this phone call from an Unknown number with a message saying that someone had filed a complaint against me and that I have to appear in court.  I called the number but no one answered.

Same thing happen to me. I didnt want to go to court. They said I tried to get a loan online from a small loan company. I told them I never got any money from a small loan company. I asked them for their number and they said they couldn't give that infomation out. Wierd. If someone tried to get a loan online, but doesn't get nothing, can the loan company file a complaint against you?

Same message and no answer. For sure a scam.
