I just received a call from this number which was an automated "poll." It said there were two questions, the first of which was if I was registered to vote in my state, and second, if I considered myself "pro-life." I said yes, but that it no way implies I am anti-choice.
Caller ID - CAMPRES09 -- Survey - question: "Do you think it should be legal for one woman and one man to marry in New Hampshire. Answer yes or no." I did not answer because I was thinking if I say yes then this could be added to a poll of residents who support marriage ONLY between one man and one woman while we have the present issue of same sex marriage before our legislature. As I hesitated, I was asked to say yes or no or repeat my answer and told the call would be disconnected otherwise. I responded "Please repeat the question." The call was disconnected. It was an automated call.
I received a call with a woman's voice. She said something about being Miss California and being attacked because of her views on homosexual marriage. Then the call went on to say something about The National Organization of Marriage, and asked if there was a registered voter at home. The call said that they might be calling again (I guess since I didn't respond).
If anyone is interested, I did a Google search on this robocall and discovered that it is being done by CPR Action AKA Cornerstone Policy Research. More info: http://www.nhcornerstone.org/questions.php
They have called repeatedly and it sounds like they are associated with Huckabee. One questions I heard was "did you vote in the 08 election?" I have been called at least 5 times, am on the DO NOT Call List. AnyIdeas how to stop this?
Machine picked up and it was an automated poll question from Bill Bolling the current Republican Lt. Gov of Virginia who's running for re-election. First they asked if I was a registered voter and since I didn't answer, the recording said they might call again. Ugh. I hate that these politicians can call even when you're on the Do Not Call list.

501(c)4 organizations differ from 501(c)3 in that they are permitted to lobby for legislation. Unlike donations to our 501(c)(3), Cornerstone Policy Research, donations to CPR Action, the 501(c)4, are not tax-deductible.
CPR Action is dedicated to preserving and advancing the interests of strengthening New Hampshire families, promoting limited government regulation, and advancing free markets.
I just return called this number after receiving 3 calls from them in 2 days. A girl who answered the phone identified the company as NCO Financial Co., a collection agency that I've had dealings with in the past. Of course, I told them to stop calling immediately, etc. This "automated poll", "information collection", etc. is a rouse for their actual business of collection agency.
I get calls from this number everyday....caller id shows private number *69 brings up this phonenumber. I am on the do not call list. They do not leave a message.
