Message left saying were being sued by IRS couldn't figure what or why didn't make sense so dialed back the number left in the recording. Got a recording about magic jack sign up today and said the magic jack number called has not yet been assigned to a customer. Weird!

I've gotten 3 calls today. First one said it was from California, second from Colorado and the 3rd one from New York. I finally answered that 3rd one and got the same message about being sued. And actually I never said a word. I hit answer and tapped my had on the mic so it picked up sound. I'd say it's spam.

I believe this is a scam call.  Claims to be the IRS calling to say I'm being sued.  Called it and someone I could barely understand answers "internal revenue service" - sounded like a huge boiler room of a call center in the background.  I hung up - this is not how the IRS contacts people, nor is there any reason I should be in trouble with the IRS.
