This foreign speaking woman called to inform me that "I had been selected to receive $9,200 in free money I would never have to pay back..... because I pay my bills on time and I have good credit..... blah blah blah."
I asked her ONE question, "What's MY name?" She said, "I don't know mam...." i said then how the hell do YOU know I pay my bills on time?! YOU CALLED ME! Followed by me cussing at her and calling her a scam. She hung up. WHY can't these people be stopped?! This is ridiculous!

They called back and this time it was a man and the number was blocked!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

I was just called from this number but she claimed to be from the legal affairs dept of the US treasury and there was tax fraud against my name ad it would be going to court..

Received a call from this "unknown" number so I ignored it. A message was left. I listened to a computer generated recording. They claimed to be from the Treasury Department (this 2627 is not the Treasury phone number). It threatened that if I did not respond by calling the number listed, I would be welcoming arrest and federal charges as a claim of fraud was being charged against me. Be careful people!

Same as others, if ignore I'll be arrested  ??

I had the same call about a tax fraud against me and arrest if I didn't call back, but the number the call came from was 202-864-1661. When I called back it was a number not allowed.

Same as the others......"I will be facing arrest for tax fraud from the Federal Govt."    My phone number is a 'Do Not Call' number, as well.
