202-471-1078

I keep getting calls from 202-471-1078.  Caller ID says Washington, DC.  Is it possible to request that they not call me any more?

I started getting calls from 202-471-1078 about 2 years ago after we had our number changed. They kept asking for the previous owner of this number. We explained over and over that this was NOT her number anymore and we were not interested in their organization and asked that they remove our number from their call list. The calls continued almost daily. When I saw this number on my caller I.D. I would answer and my responses became increasingly louder and vulgar. Finally after screaming at the top of my lungs and using profanity that would make a drunken sailor blush, the calls stopped. For awhile. This week the calls started again. Sometimes twice per day. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm elderly and disabled and don't like going to the phone for unwanted calls. I don't want to change the number again because all of my friends, family, doctors and others have this number. I am on every "no call" list available. But still, the calls continue. If anybody has any ideas...I'm listening.

I would like for these people or person to stop call me because I'm disable an do not wish to be disturb by thess un-nessary calls.  My wife whom is bi-polar does not need this distract either.  So please stop calling our phone number ASAP.   Thank for your help in this matter.

202-471-1078 is not Concerned Women for America.  Thier number is 202-488-7000 and they do not have an automatic fund raising number.  It is probably a hate group wanting everyone to believe it's CWFA.
I found another website showing it was Verizon!

202-471-1078 Wow! just google to see what this number is I found this site. Agree with above I am receiving these calls don't say anything but, hang up and call back this has been everyday! I will no longer pick up and make sure that I am opt- out.

They called.  I answered. They hung up on me.  I called back and an automated system allowed me to opt out of future calls.  Hope it works!

Someone continually calls us from 202-471-1078 very annoying.  Our phone numbers are registered with no call.

PAY ATTENTION !

Look carefully at the number on your screen. If it looks like this 20 2 4711078 it is not originating from the US. Country code 20 is EGYPT. This number purposely looks identical to the 202-471-1078 to fool you. The caller will state they are from Concerned Women for America soliciting donations. Do it and you are screwed.

Note - I'm using a new smartphone and the phone number distinctly shows the difference between international calls and US calls. Your cell phone or home phone may not.

You can probably put the number onto a "blocked calls" list.  I have Verizon service in Massachusetts and my Directory says to "contact your Verizon service representative."  My Directory lists "Residence Service Representatives" and gives the number:
  1 800 870-9999

Calls from this organization are extremely annoying!  I wish I knew how to stop them.  It's obviously automated because there is never a message and if you pick up you can hear the 'delay' between computer calling and paid solicitor picking up the call.  Being home is not as peaceful as it should be because of people like this,

purchase a call blocker.Can purchase one on line from several places. I have a Sentry and you can block all numbers  that i do not want including all 800 numbers.
