Yeah, it's a fax from some place called supervisor compliance. org wanting to scare you into signing up for supervisory training about drug & alcohol abuse.

is this a real place

yes i got a letter on the mail saying that i have to be register for alcohol and drugs training program  D O T also how much it cost  on line cost 99 dollars is that true.

Does the DOT require this training ???

Yeah, we received this, too, but it was intended for a company and individual that's no longer here. First time we've received anything about DOT compliance. Why would they decide to send a notice 3+ years after that company has moved out if it was legitimate?

2nd COMPLIANCE NOTICE...sent via fax. Again, it is directed to an individual and company not affiliated with our company. Toward the bottom of the fax is an insignia that appears to be an official seal, which is only to make the notice LOOK official. Calling the automated system at 877-529-4086 to "update the database and stop future correspondence" will only ensure that you receive more unsolicited faxes in the future.

got a letter from Supervisor compliance.org saying I need to take an on-line training session for $99.00.....Is it real ?????

I've got a few of these letter's ,2 in a row. what's up with this, Im tired of it. our company consist's of 2  people. me and my housband, no supervisor's. I dont work all the time. I just want them to stop.

We have recieved a 3rd notice in the mail. I have called their # several times and left messages. I work for a drug and alcohol consortium and this is a mandated program IF you are NOT an owner operator. When you signed up for a drug and alcohol program your rep would have let you know if this was necessary in your situation. This is a scam. DO NOT enroll or send them any money. If you have questions contact the people who do your drug testing and they will advise you further.

I'm on my 4th compliance notice.  Just ignore them.  I checked the regulations and I don't need training and if I did I couldn't;t pick these [***]..

I received my 7th MANDATORY letter that I am not in compliance with DOT Drug & Alcohol Awareness Training.  I see a few of us received this notice so from what I see this is a scam?

Yes it is a scam. Do not call the removal number as this will verify to these crooks  their fax did indeed reach you then they sell your fax to other scammers and you will get more junk faxes. If your company employs drivers and you get them tested, then ask them ( the company you hired to do the testing)  what if anything else you need to do to stay in compliance. This is a classic example of using a scare tactic to try to get your money. It is clever tat they use a small dollar amount to try to reel you in

I am on my 5th compliance notice.  lol  I'm a vet at these faxes.  And no...the DOT would send these notices out and do some hefty follow up if indeed it were a true compliance.  Been in biz nearly 20 years and we have a zero tolerance policy in place and not one person from the DOT has ever even asked about it.  Looking forward to my 6th compliance notice...yes I am.  Like my ink and paper are cheap we can afford this junk.  Gah
