Automated "stay on the line to talk live with Congressman Peter Roskam" call - usually these show up as from unknown/private but this one showed an actual Washington DC phone number.

Shilling medical benefits.

My caller ID displayed "Health Care" with the D.C. phone number below it. Figuring it was a "robo" caller, I answered but didn't say anything. I heard only dead air, so I hung up.

obviously a bad number. called me twice. i've blocked it in google voice. yay for internet!

left no message, they called and I didn't answer, don't recognize the number

called the number back and it answered by saying "thank you for calling back.  if you are not interested in receiving future calls about our special promotions and would like to be placed on our do not call list, please press 1"   --  so i did.

I also pressed 1 and have several times. Every time, they say it could take up to 72 hours to be placed on the do not call list. Well, it has been more than two weeks and I'm still getting calls from this number and similar ones.
Anyone out there have any idea what company this is and how they can be reached?
