This number called repeatedly (202-499-1489), but we did not answer. No message left.  

The last time I made the mistake of answering a call from an unknown number, it was a very pushy solicitor looking for donations for either the firemen, policemen, or veterans. I have no problem giving to any of those groups, but when I politely asked for them to send me the information in the mail so we could review it, the caller became irritated and pushed harder and harder for me to give them a credit card number and commitment to donate a certain dollar amount.  No thanks!
