How can I stop these calls?

He also called me but its fraud 202-509-0671 he claims he is from publishers
Clearance house was a winner in the 250
thousand dollar sweepstakes and he wanted to come by my house to the  the check........so the FBI will be hear if he arrives........so be careful set up your own sting to catch him by calling you're local authorities.....we must put a stop to this he is definitely FRAUD.......

got call from robo call said there was a law suite against me and a warnt for my arest  an to call 202-509-0671
if you get this kind of call .... dont call that number back....its FRaud  .... claming to be the I R S....
HIS NAME   ANDY JONES BUT HE SAYS  ANDY JOMES... DOES NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH..

They left a VM stating that they were the IRS. Then when I called back a person answered on the 2nd ring stating that they are the IRS.

i got 2 calls with automated messages saying i have fraud on my taz return i need to rectify asap... ugh

I did too! Twice today so far. I looked at the voicemail, then immediately blocked it

i got a voice mail saying he was the IRS called back and he wanted me to give me my name and address heck no FRAUD

NUMEROUS CALLS!!  Claims to be IRS and to quit running from them.  It is a robot call. How do I stop this?

Also robo called by this number twice claiming to be the Federal Government.  Stating I was hiding from them and I need to rectify the situation immediately. Fraud!!!
