(202) 545-2312 callede tonight I did not answer they did not leave a message. When I called the number back I got a recording saying the number is no longer in service.

I got a call from that number, some guy with an accent that could barely say my name, telling me I was selected for a $7,000 grant?
Sounded sketch, so I hung up on him.

I got a call from this number and guy with an accent (russian?) asked "Is this ____?" I said yes (DOH!!).  He then hung up.

I got the the call it asked my name new it and a guy said hey Jen F... you and hung up a few mins later a woman called..

I just got a call from this number as well.  I was told that I had won a grant from "the government".  When I told them that what they were doing was against the law, they hung up on me.  The woman did not speak english very well.  My caller ID showed the following: V05090453080013.

Caller said he was from the US education Dept in Washington and that I had been approved for a Govt Pell Grant.  I informed him that I have completed an advanced education and had no plans to go back to school.  I asked very nicely to please be removed from the call list TWICE.  He just hung up.  That was on 5/6/14.  Since that time I have received over a dozen "no id" calls and 4 from this same number listed.  Last time being at 4:02pm today.  I have been getting these calls as early at 6am and as late at 1030pm.
