I let it go to VM and listened to someone who was driving, but no words.

I think it must be a pay phone that is not working (as in not transmitting voices) because I called it back and it doesn't receive calls...like a pay phone.

receiving call starting 18th of 2013, feels like some one tracking if phone is actually alive

Someone from that number just called me and asked if my business was moving. She said she was from a company called "BCG". I asked her what that company was, and she said, "we're just a company."
