Another blocked robo call

This was a "Canadian Pharmacy" call center somewhere in the middle east (judging by the accent and failed English). It is my experience that they will never remove you from the call list or abide by our "Do Not Call" laws as they are based outside the US and get paid by completed calls, i.e., anybody answering even if only for 2 seconds - which is why they typically hang up on you. If you have call blocking capability, this is the time to use it.

The person / persons with this number Canadian Pharmacy & Primo call my number which is registered on the do not call list.
Then when answered they hang up. I have asked them several times not to call me. I do not owe the caller money.

I keep getting calls to my number from thse [***]. They Are canadian pharmacy trying to sell me illgal drugs

I don't answer these calls and they are from a  Pharmacy saying you have ordered with us before.  Very bad English and if you ask any probing questions they will hang up on you.  SPAMMERS!

I called these annoying people back from a house phone at work which never shows the complete number, just the main one that gets them AN ANNOYING BOT OPERATOR!!!! YAY!!! I win!!!

Chances are, you have ordered from them before and that's why they are calling you back.

Said hello-- then did not speak. Awful annoying. Heard lots of telemarketers in background. Sounded like call was from Philippines.

They call from India, received many calls from them over several years.  They are Canada Rx company, trying to sell you sex enhancement drug.

Yes it's the extremely annoying so called Canadian Pharmacy from India again under a Washington DC number.  Maybe we can all play a little game to see who can guess the area code they will spoof next month?

There is exactly zero chance that I have ordered from them or any online pharmacy. Zero. There is a fairly good chance that you are a spammer, however.
