This has got to be a scam... I had the same call as G. Allen... the guy had a very heavy Spanish accent identified himself as an Officer in Washington D.C. After repeated questions I finally gleaned that he wanted me to stay on the line as he would connect me with customs to receive a $ 250,000.00 prize that was sitting in customs waiting for me to pick up. He called my Vonage line and knew my first name. How could this be accept that Vonage has been compromised? I am CC them on this as well.

I have received many calls from 202-580-8169 saying that I have received a grant and that I have to pay an insurance of 8,500.00 dollars. the Insurance is to certify that it has been delivered to the correct person.  She has told me to go to the bank and tell them I want a loan on my condo 1% of the grant to receive the money.  I have talked it over with a bank official and she is in agreement with me that this a scam.  The lady got real angry because I told the bank why I needed the loan.
She told me to go to a different bank and tell them that I want to make some home improvements.  I'm smart enough to know they would not give me the loan like that because they would have to come to my condo to see if it is worth the amount I want to borrow.  The bank doesn't give money away like that.

received call to day at 1:00 pm 8/14/15 wanting to know why I have not claimed my winning from mega millions and that if I wanted to accept my winnings I would need to sent a check for $3300.00 to get it through customs.
