I am told this is a scam pretending to be the IRS. The number is not registered to the IRS. Everyone beware!

I also got an automated call from these scum-bags threatening an IRS lawsuit. It get's your attention at first, but I've learned over the years that if you really want to get my attention send a summons server or a sheriff.

I got an automated call from this non intelligent people claiming to be the IRS for a lawsuit.  People remember the IRS will not call you.  It will always be in writing.

At 330 pm today Aug 3 2015 A automated message said Internal rev service The reason for this call is the Irs has a lawsuit against you Please call 202 559 0661  I know better than to call back however some people don't its scary and should be stopped

I got a call from them today.  They told me this wasd there third attempt to get in touch with me in regards to my 2008-2013 Federal Tax filings.   A gentleman by the name of Daniel Brown told me I owe $4,200 and if I didn't pay I would be arrested by the local Sheriff and if I opted to goto Court and lost,  I could owe $35,000 and spend 5 years in prison.

This is not funny!

I got the call claiming to be the IRS. It grinds me that they want to prey on innocent people!!

I did call them back and did call them names, I don't appreciate this kind of messages on my phone.
Please stop this scam - now !!

Thay call me phone today and I don't file and I went off on them and I told them the irs don't call you people watch ou4

Several phone calls from this number stating this is my final call that they are suing me.

These people called me today claiming we owe $2900 because we misfiled our W2 information between 2008-2013. They claimed they had sent us two letters by FedEx but delivery failed. This was their third attempt and if I did not pay by 5:30 today then they would issue an arrest warrant and the county police would come to get me tomorrow. I would face 2 years in prison and a possible 35K fine. The guys supposed name is Michael A Kennedy. While I realize this is a scam its not funny to come home with this kind of message on your answering machine. I filled out the phone scam claim through the IRS website.
