Sounds like a sales call

Poor connection. Caller had a thick accent. When I asked who it was, the only words I could understand was United States something.

Caller had accent too strong to fully understand but what I could make out was,

"Hello this is ----- ----- from the U.S. Government in Washington D.C. is this J---- P-----?" ( First thought, how the heck does he know my name and why does the U.S. Government have some guy I can barely understand calling me?) (Even if I could understand him... wtf is really going on...?)

I reply " Yes this is J---- P-----."

The caller then gives me a short what sounded to be sales pitch but also sounded serious like if the FBI was calling to inform me of something idk serious I guess. I couldn't make anything out except U.S. Government and when I proceeded on tell him I couldnt understand what you said and who are you and whats your reason for calling he proceeded by hanging up...
