I received a call this morning, Tuesday, at 7:00. Pacific time.  It was supposedly the IRS and had an electronic message saying this was the final message and there was a lawsuit against me.  I supposed it was a scam and an erronous message . This troubles me so find this is not a real number.

Same description as those above. Left message to call this number because of a lawsuit by the IRS.

I did not answer it.  They left a message saying that it was the IRS and that we were being sued.  A complete scam.  Hope they catch the crooks.

Caller claims this is the last warning and I am being sued by the irs. Did not ask for me by name. Left from this number but caller id showed number from California, 714 201 6226.

IRS impersonator

Got a call from this number. The caller claimed it was IRS and the call itself was "a final notice" about a criminal case that IRS has against me; the amazing part was the last one: "If you want to know more call this number: 202-521-2221" as if in the cheap radio or tv ad. Needless  to say that the caller ID did not match the number pronounced by the scammer.

Same IRS [***] on my answering machine as those received in above messages. Knew better than to call or answer as IRS never does this type of calling.  Everyone, be aware and thank you for this site.
