Phishing

Somebody trying to "buy" furniture from me. Absolutely terrible grammar via text and reads as if it's foreign. He said he is in the military and I don't think he could pass the ASFAB test just based upon his terrible grammar. He says he is in Texas but his number is listed as a Washington DC number. He wanted me to "accept" a Pay Pal payment, then send his shipper money out of what he supposedly sent to my Paypal.He sends fake Paypal emails. Forward these to spoof@paypal.com. Do not open any links associated with the fraudulent email. DO NOT agree to send "his shipper" any money. He is not interested in your items for sale.

I received the same text and email and i forward it to Paypal because it seemed fishy and they confirmed that they aren't from them, there was also another number and email  that tried to do the same - 630-412-1874 tyahozza@gmail.com just ignore and dont listen to these lowlifes!!

Same deal here, offered to buy my car as long as I send them $500 first. Yeah, ok. I feel bad for anyone who falls for this. And yeah the broken English  in the texts pretty much gives it away.

Offered to buy my car only moments after I posted it did not send him my info but decided to check his number out.

They just stole $1094.  I got scammed. :(
