RECORDING:  "Hello, this is Heather from account services.  There's..."  I hung up.  This EXACT recording (even same name) called me the other day from a different area code and number.

They called but left no message

This number called me Monday, June 19 @ 9:18am. I did not answer.

Called me at 1132 on june 23rd no message left, on call back a recording answered and said "hello, please press 1 if you would like the number who called you to be placed on a do not call list." if you don't press anything it just hangs up on you

I'm in AL so ignored this number from DC! Don't know anyone in DC so blocked this call. I call this SPAM!!!

Number just called me again. This time from +1 (346) 998-0363 a different number. Same heather person from above

Also called me twice in July 2017 but left no message. Got the same reply as others when I called back.

I just got this call, Makes about 138 block calls for this credit card scammers. Its really funny I never owned a credit card and never plan too for one who plays with snakes is going to get bit. or if you want to get religion it is the "Borrower is the Slave to the Lender" -
