They call everyday and they do not tell us whats the name of their company.  Definitely scammers.

They should definitely be investgated.  Please act upon this if possible.

I keep getting this phone call from thia number 202-607-2746 and at the very top of my caller ID it reads BCR 1-800-831-7311

They show up BCR and call so many times a day. It's like they are trying to drive you nuts. But it doesn't get to me because it's not my cell phone.

they call and ask for melissa somebody and when i tell them that she doesn't live here the say "well is the..." and repeat my phone number.  after i say yes she says well do you know melissa... and when i say no they just apoligize and hang up.  then they call back again the next day.  they call every single day. when i tried to call the number the operator just said to please hang up and try my call again later.  i is really weird and annoying.

It is really getting bad, I get about 30 calls from them and they of course don't leave a message. I just don't answer the phone, but to have your phone ring that many times in one day is really getting to me. Something needs to be done about this.

they have been calling our number for months
I have called them back and they insist that our number is not in their system. I called the attorney General and she called them 3X and said she talked to the company heads and that our number is not in their system. But we still get 3-6 calls a day ranging from 6am to 9pm! We are on all the do not call list and have sent a cease and desist order. there is another blog where some people are thinking of setting up a lawsuit

(202) 607-2746 calls repeatedly; asks to speak with "Jerry".  Have received 6 calls from this number.

I am receiving this call on a daily basis, and the only time an individual spoke asked was it my company and I responded Yes. Afterward there was no one speaking. The individual held the phone as if no one was there. It has become a nuisance. Please stop them from calling.

I'm a club promoter in Orlando, Florida so my hours get a little skewed from the norm. Not to mention like most of you, you probably enjoy your sleep. Time is money, sleep is health. Not only am i on the national "DO NOT CALL LIST" which apparently doesn't matter to hispanics in the DC area that call your cell phone at 7:30 when i'm in REM sleep and ask for Thomas, who is obviously not me, but i've asked to be taken off of there list 5 times. I love incompetency, it breeds winners.

I've searched the company and i've researched harassment laws and I've discovered that if i file a complaint with the FTC it'll cost them $11,000...but dammit I am so frustrated that is not enough retribution for my little devious hearts satisfaction.

This company is a modern day rooster that wakes my ass up at 7:30, but like the sadism consortium they are, i don't have the luxury of hitting a snooze button. Although i will say sometimes they let me sleep in and call my [***] at 8:30. God they are so considerate sometimes. Lets hug it out.

They have been calling me every day for the past 3 months. When I called the BCR number, they said, nobody has been calling me, my telephone number is not on their records!!!
Also, one of the staff asked for my social security number when I asked her to find out why I am getting these calls every day!!

What can we do to report abuse?

This is getting ridiculous! They call seven to eight times a day! I am TIRED of this!

i get this same number calling me 10 to 12 times a day!!!  never leaves a message.  you would think they would realize that i am never going to answer them.  now i get them calling from 202-607-2748 and 202-607-2744 so beware they are trying to one up everyone but hello have they never heard of caller i.d??? complete idiots.
