BCM it's a collection Agency that uses numbers from differnt states.

Got a recording saying to "hold for the next available representative".
A man came on and asked for someone who does not live here. I told him he had the
wrong number. He asked if this was [states my phone number] and I told him it was.
When I asked who this was, he said he's name was John from BCR. When I asked
again who it was, he got loud and said his name slowly and spelled B-C-R.
I hung up the phone.
I'm assuming it is a collection agency. For some reason the moron does not comprehend
the comment, "WRONG NUMBER". If he calls again, I will have the call traced and turn
him into the Federal Trade Commission. I am on a "Do Not Call" list.

debt collectors, very rude. even if you're not who they are looking for they will call you 3-4 times a day. from many numbers. some that they use are. 202-607-2764, 817-381-1298, 817-349-2086, 954-482-4268, 516-504-3516, 202-607-2756, hope this helps
