the person on the phone stated it was very important that I called them back did not leave a name

Got a call from a Mr. Sholl, said is was about an important matter in his office or something to that effect.
Left 888-362-2684 as a return number. This was on a business line, then a few minutes later got a call from the same number on the house line. When I answered no one spoke. So it looks like they want you to call them back, if you actually answer they don't talk to you. More telemarketing B.S. procedures.
Where do these maggots come from?

I got a call on my cell and my home number from 202-618-4940. The first time it was a man that left a message on my cell phone saying he "had my number as a contact number regarding a matter in his office and that it was extremely important that I call back on 888-362-2684. The second call was by a woman on my home phone a few minutes later trying to verify if my information and saying that it was a DRS matter. She tried to give me a phone number to call, but I hung up on her and she didn't call back. When I called the 202-618-4940 phone number that the male caller left on voice mail, the recording that picked up said "Thank you for calling Dynamic Recovery Solutions". I believe it is some kind of debt collector, but considering all my bills are current and my credit score is in the high 700s, I'm pretty sure it is some kind of scam. I'll be re-entering all my phone numbers on the Do Not Call register again.

They called my cell phone and left a message that it was very important that I call them back a Mrs. Walker left the message - I called only to be greeted by a very rude man that said that I should know why they were calling - basically they wanted to speak to "Jamie" and I had to repeat to them several times that there is no Jamie - he would not tell me what he was calling about - rudely said "I am not telling you why I am calling - it is only for Jamie to know"  I asked that they remove my number and he hung up on me!

Received a call from this number. Couldn't make out the first word but they are some kind of collection agency, said they were from ------------- Recovery Solutions and gave me a call back number of 866-613-6397. I don't owe anyone money, but I've been getting calls regarding some dirt bag who gave out my number as a contact, this might be for him.

I answered this call and was first asked if I am who I am.  Unfortunately I answered "yes" and then was told that I have over $46,000. of credit debt to a bank I NEVER heard of.  Told them they had the wrong person and that was NOT by dept as I have never owed anything like that.  Then the agument began and I told them since they seemed to know so much about me, send me PROOF of this debt showing every single purchase and statements from that bank.  More argument. I hung up.  I immediately sought my credit reports and have a monitoring service now thinking I had identity theft.  Nothing showed up.  This is obviously a SCAM.

this  person called  me  and  start telling  me  what's  on  my  credit  report  and  notified  me  that I  have good  credit.  They  told  me  that I  owe  some  Sprint bill  from 2000  they wantt o settle  for 731  they  must  be  out  of  their  mind.
