They said they had a grant for me from the federal government.

I've had three calls from them. Every time I say I'm not interested and they keep it up. It's most likely a scam. If they call again I'll be yelling at the manager of the establishment and throwing some legal information at them for continuing the harassment.

I have reported them to the Do Not Call registry.  They are driving me crazy.  They do not stop calling!

This number keeps calling. Up to 7 times a day. I answered once and they hung up. I think my number was on a list that got sold because I have at least 7 strange numbers that started calling me all at the same time. Annoying.

called me again yesterday, gov't grant scam, I keep telling this guy to go away. I know it's a Scam "it's not a Scam!!!"
Yes it is! and I hang up.

called me again today I played along, it was a thickly accented Indian woman or Spanish hard to tell, she said she was with the gov't and had a grant, I said "OH great I got the grant I applied for ok my address is Po box this is a Scam avenue.." she hungup ha ha ha.
