Telling me I paid my taxes and did my returns on time and they wanted to give me 5000.00 dollars.  When you question them, they get upset and hang up on you. When you try to call back they have blocked you.  They are very hard to understand.

they told me the same thing but said i got $7000.00

I had a call from this number and i was told i will receive $7000.00 usd. all i have to do is call the same number and speak to a Debbie Bennett to verify. When i called the number no one answer and i think this is a scam,

No one answers on this number . yet $7000 was offered and told to speak with a Debbie.  Looks like a scam to me.

It happened to me too... I have receive a phone call from 253 232 7516, and told me that I have won US$7000 from the Goverment Grant....He asked me if I have a credit card or a bank account and then I have to call some Debbie Benett , tel. 202 621 0315.. I did not called, cause I thought the same.. Is a scam..
