Got a message number saying I have an additional tax refund due to me.

I also received a message saying I received a tax refund and to call the number in order to verify my identity.

I got the same message.  Was a strange voice using unusual cadence...didn't ask for me by name or anything.  I called and it sounds like the line is being used for a modem.

Had a message from this phone number, when I called back they said they were the IRS and that I had a refund of over $2200. He then wanted my bank account number to charge the $200 fee for filing the mistake and then they would deposit my refund.  I hung up and called the IRS number listed in my phone book and it is NOT a call from them.  Don't FALL for it!!!!'

Just got a call from this number, telling me I have a refund due to me. I need to call to verify my info.....No name of company or emp name, just a message w the number to call for a refund.

Got the call from the number 202 643 5126. They left a prerecorded message saying I recieved an additional tax refund of 2200 dollars claiming to be the IRS. I called the number back but got a weird internet dial up sound line..

I got just got that same msg I'm sure glad I found this that to the real people putting out the truth this is not the i. r.s. these are imposters .

Always check with your Law Firm if you are suspicious. With any and all documentation, have your attorney review on your behalf. They sure did not like me calling them back with my business.
