Calls several  times a day.  I don't answer.

I recognized this as a Windows scam call and decided to string him along for a while. The call ended acrimoniously and then he called back and left a lengthy and vulgar voicemail message. It's best to not answer the phone for numbers that you don't recognize.

Keeps calling also as unknown and not saying.

Received call as Out of Area with no number + received calls from this number 202-653-6985  that when answered are the foreign accented "Windows Service Center" scammers claiming my computer is sending "error messages."  Asked for company name and contact number and "Mark" the scammer and thieve said Windows Service Center but hung up when wanting confirmation of contact number!
