A gentleman with a very heavy foreign accent keeps calling our place of business stating that I am Pamela Jones, even though that is definitely not my name? He says his name is Officer Steven Johnson, he is an IRS Officer, Badge #CMD1046 and that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. When I tell him there is no one named Pamela Jones that works here he tells me I am lying.......and that I am Pamela Jones...He asked me what state I lived in and what state did he call??? I told him if he really was an IRS Officer he would already know that information. I told him to quit calling. He has called before. Very annoying. I think the IRS should investigate the callers phone number since they are posing as Federal Officers.

Got a call today... Man claimed to be from the IRS had a very heavy accent... it was a recording... called and got a beep

Received a call from an automated system that stated I needed to call this number back because the IRS had three pending  cases against me.  I just hung up.  And blocked the number it was from Washington, DC

IRS is filing a law suit against me but I do not owe any taxes, voice sounds foreign and a recording

This guy just called me n left me a voicemail. Im in alot of contact w the irs because if id theft issues so im up to date about everything. BIG OL' SCAM!!!

Was it from 2026569775? I try calling back but no answer and I texted him telling him to call me and that i was going to report him to the FBI

Just got the same call. he threatened of legal procedures if I did not call him back because there are three federal charges against me lol..thick accent but sounded spanish

(same story) on my phone. Kind of SCAM.

I call all these scam IRS calls. The idiots answer "USTreasury". Have lots of fun getting on there case in reverse!

The voice was a female recording.  She claims that she is from the IRS  "the reason for call is regarding a legal notice issue in my name by the IRS so get in touch with the IRS hotline number that is 202-656-9775. Again that is 202-656-9775. It is a matter of urgency and we are looking forward to speak of you".

Just got the same automated message; female voice. I think I got the physical call from this guy earlier this year, with the same name. I told him if he was really from the IRS and they planned to take me to court, I would have been served legal documentation I could reference and verify. It's all BS. Don't call this number. Block it.
