    My sister got a call from this number today...$7000 grant, person claimed to be from united states human svcs grant dept.  foreign accent. Said they would put the money in a western union acct.  the "grant" recipients were randomly chosen from people who paid their taxes every year and had no criminal record. Told her to call back the finance dept at 202-657-4227
