Same here how to stop the calls. They wanted me to give them my account information how stupid can people be.

They full of [***]. Told them I don't have a bank acc. They told me to go to wWalgreen or Cvs  n  take 320$:  to release money.  N take 45 mins to get at western union. . Don't fall for dat [***] gov money is free and will send u a check if they giving us money

They called me that I had a grant from DC Grant Department  and asked me to pay processing fee of $705 which I stupidly paid. I checked my account nothing was there, I called them ,they said the money was blocked due to one stupid reason I have to pay another $680 to unblocked it that was when I realized I've been scammed. Since then they stopped picking my calls.

How did you pay them? If it was with a voucher, such as Western Union, then you have lost your money. But if you paid via your bank account, you should have some comeback. These parasites disgust me. They prey on hard working people. I hope that they rot in Hell.

How stupid can you be to actually give them money? You deserve to get scammed just for being so stupid.

Public executions for this kind of scum. These calls will stop REAL quick.

That's a bit harsh. I know that it is an obvious scam. But people are desperate and sometimes common sense goes out of the window. These parasites can be very convincing, and tell their victim what they want to hear.

A guy call me that he's from the government  and they had a some of money too give my $9465, I don't believe that?

My $250 for "dept. US federal grant i didnt apply for"$9460 cash via western union voucher. If u fell for it its your own fault.

Unknown number called by the name of  Henry Watson from the Gov Grant Treasury dept claims I was selected for grant money and gave me a confirmation number for just being a loyal citizenship that I will receive 9,200 and to call Leslie 202-567-5500 to give my bank account number or if I wanted to have it shipped by western union. I called the number and when Leslie
picked up the phone she was not professional and claims she will have to call back. An when she called back she was in a hurry and frustrated once I decided to ask questions.

I just got a call from this number and they said they had 9200 dollars for me and I had to call back and speak to a supervisor and give an ID number. I know this is a scam. Don't ever give personal information for things like this.

I just got a call from someone speaking English, but was from somewhere else. Stated that they was from the United States Grants office and that I had been selected as an outstanding citizen, he ask me did I understand why I was getting this grant. Then he proceeded to give me the ID number and phone number to call back on. Before the end of the call he verified my name and phone number and told me I had to call back his account agent to finish the transactions, after that it would take only 25 - 45 minutes to complete the transaction to my savings account. I did not give my account number.

I received a call and was instructed to call this number and give the this code ( GG11088) and I would get $9200.00 with no penalty. Is this legit?

I just received a call from this number saying I was getting a grant for 9,200. I was giving a confirmation number and number to call to collect this money. They asked that I western union 320$ and would recieve this money back plus the 9,200. I googled the number and I'm now seeing other people getting the same calls. Please figure out who is calling! I receive call without number ( 00000000)  (0-000-0000)  and the caller name is John Stewart, and then
he said you will receive money for 92,000 from Gov. Treasury Dept. and he gave the code GG11079 ,and before he hang-up the Phone, call this number 202-657-5500, after that I the call number 202-657-5500 and they want me to security deposit for $ 310.00 dollar
