Just said "Hello" a few times on voice mail. Nothing else.

It's a scam number calling about Grants or some BS. They keep calling my work number and as long as I'm not busy I have a lot of fun messing with them.

This man keeps calling my 19 year old daughters phone, so I took the call last night and he was not friendly when I told him to remove our number from his calling list, he was very rude and hung up on me. So I had a few minutes I called him back and he got a piece of this momma's mind. I told him he better learn some more english before he calls people with an attitude.

202-657-5633 is nobody but a stupid dumb a.. scamer. He left a message telling me that I won a ??? (Could not understand the word he was saying)  thousand dollar government grant from Washington DC which I never applied ... He should go back to his country instead of being a scammer in USA.

I had gotten a call about a free  grant money . I been selected  for 9,000 if  I pay 175.00. So I did just to see if I can really get the money. He said he,would get back the next day . And he did  call back after I paid  175.00. Next day came he claim he needed another 175.00 to send half of 5,000 and 175.00 for 4,000. [***] is crazy!!!  I'm not doing it. Said the amount is to large to send it ..I done . I was ,just  curious at first..Bout time they get the fees it may add up almost 600 dollars.. They full of [***]..

It's a magic jack number. Scammers use it from over seas. I found out that magic jack have this email for the public to report abuse, it is ReportAbuse@magicjak.com When they receive enough complaints about a certain number they shut it down.

They call me about some job.

Someone from this number calls and then hangs up.  I have blocked, but that does not seem to stop them from getting throught to my phone.

I keep getting calls from this number and a similar number, 202-411-5235.  The caller ID shows DC, but he/she clearly is not calling from the U.S.

It is always the same thing... I have "won" a $9,000 grant from the "Department of Federal Grants" in Washington, DC.  All I have to do is go to a convenience store, put $170 dollars an a prepaid card and call him.  After he removes the $170 from the card, as proof that I am who I say I am, he will put the $9,000 grant on the card for me to access.

I usually tell him that Americans aren't that stupid, there is no such thing as the "Department of Federal Grants", and then hang up.

This time I decided to have some fun.  After the second call from the same man in less than two hours, I called him back.  When he answered,I told him I was simply calling to waste his time so he couldn't use that time to scam people.  He tried to reason with me, then he cursed at me, then he told me I was a stupid American and hung up.  I called him back 28 more times until he blocked my phone number.

I have given his number to my friends, and they started doing the same thing.  I hope he enjoys it.

They call nearly every day; we do not answer and they do not leave any message.

Got a call,  Federal Grants Dept. India accent man with same scam.  Don't fall for it.  Hang up.

So these guys called me two times today. So I decided in my free time to make their day miserable. I called them a total of 12 times and led off with "hi I'm calling because you have been selected to receive 9,000 rupees..." They cussed me out several times and finally disconnected the phone line. So as far as this number, this is how you get them to stop...
