I  got a phone call saying that I had been picked for a $7,000 grant from the goverment which I never apply for.  They was asking for the bank name and a account # to put the money in and in the end,they said I need to pay $350 to a charity that help those in need. They gave me a Conformation # of BN007 to transfer the money from the federal bank to my bank.

Some people call from 202-657-6272 today 03/05/2012  offeryng 7000.00 from goverment  becouse i pay taxes an no have any problems. They ask for 400.00 to transfer to his accaunt.

got a call from the same number (202)657-6272. The girl that call she calls from an unknown number, but gives you her so called accountant number (the number above) saying his name is DANIEL CHRISTIAN. So I called trying to see was it true, and boy was I wrong. This guy is rude in has being playing and harassing me on my phone for the last 24hrs. Calling me out of my name and threating to kill me and hack my accounts. Just because I told him this sounds like a SCAM..and I would be happy if you guys will stop calling me.

I just recieved the same unknown number, confirmation code and told to callback 202-657-6272. I called this 202 and it was busy, so i figured this was a SCAM! IT IS and i will tell his little indian ass the next time he calls a genie will pop out of his phone and [***] slap his phoney ass!!! I cant wait for him to harass me, gots a surprise for his ears;)

He said. He is a grants person smd want me to give him 380 for a 7000 grant

I also received a call from the number above explaining I will receive a $7000.00 grant.  Same scenario! This is definitely a SCAM!  How can we report these people?!  I asked why did they need my address and account information if they are the Federal Government.  The guy hung up on my and then it was busy when I called back.

I got a call from a lady telling me I had gotten a grant for $7,000 due to me not having a criminal record and being selected by the federal gov. for this...Ask for my account info to due a wire transfer to my account and I only had to come up with a one fee...which was supposedly for taxes on this money that would benefit different charities that the government supported...the fee was $380.00. ...I was told when I had this money to call back and the grant money would take no more than 10 minutes to be credited to my card...the mans name was Daniel Christian

Recieved the same call just now. Gave them a canceled and blocked prepaid debit card.... boy are they going to be pissed at me. Lol. But i think it's a scam also.
