I received a call from a young man who sounded like he was from India. He told me the IRS was going to do an audit on me. When I asked to to speak to his supervisor he hung up.

I did recive the same call saying I did frud to my taxes he wasn't profitional
He said the shierf will come arrest me

Got a call saying I was being audit by the Irs, name was john knight but sound like he from India

This Scammer should be stopped!! He has an Indian Accent, threatens that you have commited a fraud. He is a liar and a creep!! He claims to be with the IRS

Just received the same message. Scam! This type of calls really need to stop as there are people out there that will fall for this. Nasty person too.

Just got the same call from Mr. Knight.  How do we get this stopped???

I just got the call and filed a complaint with the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (www.tigta.gov).

Same person called me on my cell phone.  File a complaint at www.tigta.gov.

I called it back and told them I was with the police department and they hung up on me. Now the line only rings busy :-)

I just got a call too. He sounds like he is from India. Supposedly I owe several years worth of taxes. He also said that there is an arrest warrant out for me. I said, "really? Under what name"? He then hung up on me

Some guy left message said his name was johnathan knight with irs said I had defrauded government on taxes. I saved voicemail and will be going to police.. he also sounded like he was from india

Got a call from the same person.  Saying i was hiding something from the irs and committed fraud. Is this a false? Tried to call back but it just keeps ringing.

a guy called said i have a grant for you by the federal gov. for $9.200 go to money gram & pay 250.00 & call me from there & i will work with them to get you your money right then you will leave with your $ it is for paying bills on time and for not being convicted of any crimes

Called me today using the name Jonathan Knight stating I owe and I need to call the IRS.  He sounds like he' s talking on a recorder.

Recieved a phone call from this number, didn't answer it. He left a voicemail saying his name was johnathon knight from the irs and that I had committed tax fraud and that I needed to call back immediately. He could barely speak English. I never called back.

he said I was gonna be arrested and have a warrant put out for my arrest if I didn't wire him money  He said he was from the IRS and I owed 3900 dollars and if I didn't pay him this money I was gonna be arrested immediately.

Received a voicemail at 9:40am. Message from Jonathan Knight (sp?) saying he was from the Federal Investigations Department for the IRS and that they have found I am hiding information from the government and I need to call them right away. Gave a badge #06719 also. Heavy accent, sounded like from India

I just got the same call. I questioned him and he hung up on me. Is this a scam?

This is a total scam. I had 2 calls from the same man today. First he left a voicemail that I owe money to its that I'm hiding money from them. Second time he called he hung up when I answered. When I called back he answered I said I turned him in and he hung up. How do you stop these people
