They left a robo call message saying I needed to appear in front of a grand jury. Called them back out of interest, they claimed they were the Department of Treasury and that I owe The United States Government money for my 2011-2012 tax return. I told him I'd never be informed of that before and asked who to contact for more information. He then proceeded to tell me that I was already informed through a "CP503 Notice". I told him I never received such a notice. He then told me that this was the last attempt in notifying me and that I was going to be arrested and put in front of a grand jury for not paying the government. I told him thank you for the information and hung up.

The caller ID said the number was from Washington DC but the person who answered had a very thick accent and his name was "Cesar". My number is on the do not call list so I reported it to the Federal Trade Commission.

I just got the same message from the number 202-754-8175 but I did not call back. How do I go about reporting them?

I just received this message about me owing money and I will be pulled in front of a judge if I do not call back immediately.  I did not call back.
