Yes it is a scam, they want you to send money to india and then call a bank which don't answer then you call her back and the line is always busy.

Called me saying I had been selected to receive a 9,700$grant and to buy a 250$ gift card in order to get the money.wanted me to give the gift card to the cashier in order to receive the money.spoke broken English and unsure how they got my Info.
