called saying i owed

I have gotten several recorded messages in an American Woman's voice saying that "can't understand" is filing a law suit against me and it is very important that I call them back immediately. I called simply to tell them to go jump off a bridge. NO answer the first time. The second time a foreign guy answered simply "HELLO".....He said he was going to put me on hold " I said oh no you aren't...he said "oh, you maybe upset because we suing you". That did it, I cussed him out for everything he was worth.....obviously a foreign scan of some sort. Reverse phone number look up showed the number listed as a cell phone registered close to Washington DC.

I am getting 2 to 3 calls a day saying it is the IRS going to file a law suit against me, I am now calling my phone company, IRS and local police dept. Why do our phone companies allow this to continue, they know whats going on. I am tired od paying to be harassed by thieves

I just got a phone call from this phone number 202.657.6929 and it was the same message that others reported about someone filing a lawsuit against me.  They left a voice mail and the message was to garbled to tell who called and who was filing a lawsuit.
