    I have received numerous calls from is number, (202) 666-3003 & 202 666-1967, but they do not answer when I call back.  I received one message claiming that they were from the IRS threatening me if I didn't call back but not why they called.  When I tried to call them back - as I stated earlier - they didn't answer their phone.  Considering the time and date I think it's a scam.

    I stumbled across peoplefinders.com which told me it was a cell phone!  This is obviously a scam.
