keeps calling when I answered some foreigner answered could not tell what or who he was asking for, when I said you have the wrong number (slowly) he sais (slowly) that he did not have the wrong number, I just hung up  from DC?

Keep calling me.  Answered the call yesterday and could not understand what they were saying.  Something about money.  Told person could not understand a word he said but "Yes?"  I told him NO and hung up.  When I call number back, it says circuits are busy now.  Please try your call again later.  Today, they have call me again.  When I answer, they hang up.  This has got to stop!

He called me and told me something about the US government and when I told him I wasnt interest he told me I was un-American and when I told him to loose my number he cursed at me and was very disrespectful and he disrespected the US by saying this is why the US is going to hell

I think its a scam, they tell u that uve been chosen to get a government grant and ask for bank account info

Wednesday 18 February 2015 -- 4:03 pm -- Caller ID said "dist of columbi". No message was left. Out of our orbit (we are in California), so did not answer.  Other complaints say caller offers a government grant.  Clearly consider spam.
