    Person called and said I qualified for a grant since I payed taxes on time.  He got rude when I said I didn't need a grant (suspecting that it was a fraud). Made some ethnic slurs based on my accent.  Which only confirmed that it's a scam of some sort.

    Same call same number. Sometimes its a woman with heavy (Indian???) Accent
