Received a phone call from this number. Did not answer. Found numerous complaints on it at other call tracking sites   https://whocallsme.com/   -or-   https://800notes.com/    I have now blocked the number.

Its a phishing call center trying to get you to release your info.  They act as the IRS

I received 2 messages yesterday at my home.  Called them today since they said it was the IRS and it was a final notice and the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  Gentleman told me that I owed for tax years 2008 thru 2012 and I owed over $4600.  They asked how I wanted to resolve this ... to either get an attorney and fight this as long as I had no record or it would go to the courts in 24 hours.  He said he needed an answer before I hung up.   I told him that I'd call him back within 24 hours because I needed to think about this.  He was a bit frustrated when we hung up.

Answered phone and recording claiming to be IRS and a lawsuit was about to be filed against me.  I may be old but I'm not stupid.  the IRS doesn't work this way.  Get a job, loser.

Don't worry about it. The IRS will NEVER call you. Its a scam trying to get money out of you.
