Harassing caller stating you have criminal charges being filed against you.  You are giving up your rights to handle this matter and a summons will be delivered to your place of business.  Good luck in court.  Complete and utter SCAM!!!

i got the same call. it seems there should be something you could do about this.

I just got the same call

got a message saying they were issuing summons to my place of business and if I didn't call them I was giving up my rights I believe this is a scam

I've been receiving this same call and voicemail for over 5 months. It's out of control! I believe it's a scam because if there was a summons being filled against me, I would have received something in the mail from the courts already. Fraudulent activity.... Yeah right!! I've been scammed before and refuse to answer any of their calls! If they want my money so bad they better go through the courts to get it!

A voice recording just left the same type of message on my work phone... I am just waiting for them to contact my family, as I have already contacted an attorney... since they have already contacted my family before and the law states that they may only do so one time, I will begin with filing a law suit against them - I've been through this before years ago and won a $10,000 settlement - I know my rights.  Do not be intimidated by these calls - keep a record of the calls just in case you may need them.  And if you do ever speak to a real person, politely ask them to send you a written accounting of the alleged debt that they claim is owed.  It is likely nothing will ever be sent.  And in the off-chance they do send you a statement, you can then determine if the debt is valid.

No idea who these people are.  Reading the other comments I'm glad I don't answer.  "Ain't nobody got time for that".  Any legit company doesn't call to tell you you're going to be served papers.  And, no legit collector calls from a number that says Wireless Caller.

They have been calling my husband saying the same thing. We are calling the attorney general for Az, and reporting this place.

Got it on my work number three times in the last several hours. Same deal as everyone else -- fraudulent activity charges, if I hang up I give up my rights. What a nuisance.

Got same call 3 days in a row, they called home so so . whoever answers u our phone gets a voice message saying charges filed against you.I called the number and gave a Matt Wilson my ATTORNEY phone number..Why is it that they didn't ask for attorneys name???

I received calls from this number as well for someone that has never associated with me but had my old number. They are O'connell and associates from Washington DC. They are attempting to reach someone who is not paid bills or that the court is looking for.

Repeated calls to my place of business from this number.
Automated call, gives no option to speak to someone.
Threats of legal actions, and the name of the person does not work here

I get these calls twice a month...on my voice mail...they say they are lawyers...no name of course..
I am 63 years and been riding in this rodeo for awhile...This screams scam.....

Have been getting this call for months. They will have a hard time finding me here because this isn't my number.

This is my second phone call I have received from them saying I owe some kind of money for a payday loan that i took out in 2008..... Told me I would be served and I said fine I will be waiting and that my aunt works for the sheriffs department and it is public knowledge to see if you have anything pending I will be contacting my aunt as well as the local attorney general

They called me today, what a waste of time!! Guess they get a kick out of this...
