I keep getting a call from this number.  The ID indicates "Washington DC" but when you answer there is nothing there...

This started about 2 weeks ago and happens about once every 2 days.

Caller ID reads as Wash DC....... No 1 ever leaves a message, just hangs up.  Calls are unsolicited from my house.  Want them to stop these annoying & worthless calls

I keep getting calls from "Washington DC".  If I answer, there is no response.  I am on the National Do-Not-Call List.

Understand this to be a marketing company that does regional calling. If someone answers, they denote the time of day and location to use for target marketing. Best bet always is that if you don't recognize a number don't anwer it.

call registered as a "private caller". Did not say anything and just hung up.

Calls everyday hangs up never leaves message. Don't answer it makes me think they are trying to find out when your home! They call weekends & at all times of the day??? Odd!

Numerous calls form this number any day of the week plus weekends. Nothing there when I answer. SO FRUSTRATING! Wish the do-not-call list actually worked.

Someone who identified herself as calling for "College Republicans" called this a.m. - caller id said Washington D.C. from this number (202-735-3879).  This number has been calling each day for months.  When I try to answer this number, usually no one answers and I have hung up in the past.  Today is the first time someone was on the phone.  I had to say hello about 4 times before someone answered and she said that she was calling for "College Republicans".

I get a calls from this number, the shown is anonymous, I have an answering machine, but they never leave a message, several times I got calls three times in one day, A little after 10am, then  after 2pm and one time 9:30pm. The name said it all "Anonymous" who would want to answer someone who is anonymous.

It's the college Republicans looking for a donation. Right away I knew THAT was a scam. Republicans aren't allowed to go to college!

Call from (202) 735-3879 and caller ID says "Washington DC" never anyone on the other end of the call...

I called back number and listened to recording from the Republican Party...

This number has been calling the last few days... answered today... she talked so fast - couldn't understand her  got something about repulicans or something.. hung up on her... annoying.

Calls several times a day, but only lets the phone ring once.

And the ones that do go to college know better than to admit they're Republican. !

ditto all of the above. Call blocking is really great. When you answer, they know it is a valid number for sale to other scammers for contact. I love my call blocking feature.
