I got a call from a person said to call back on 202-738-1322 said it was some kind of federal grant program that I qualitfied for call the number back an new answer has anyone else got this call. Said about a free grant for $7000.00 from the federal Governmental

I got this call just now. Agent said her name was Jennifer and that I was going to receive a $7000.00 grant. Told me to call this same number (202) 738-1322 and that I should give a grant confirmation number and to talk to Matt Foster... Does anyone know if this is legit? It sounds like a scam to me!!

I got the same exact call and information. What is this all about? Dis anyone try and call Matt Foster?

Got the same call as everyone else, except, his name was Mark Foster, listened to the Indian talk. I chose to get the CASH through Western Union he asked for my name told me to call back in 10 minutes and hung up on me! I called back said he pulled up my file and in order for me to receive the $7000 cash i'll have to pay $280 fee. I said i knew this was a scam i looked you up on the internet and hung up.

Got a Call from 202.738.1322. She introduced herself as Linda and after some conversation and details exchange, gave a confirmation number and said to call back after few minutes to speak with Mark Foster.
When I called Mark Foster, he told that I will be getting $7000 from Western Union and inorder to get it, I have to pay $290 as a security deposit.
          I told him to reduce this deposit amount from $7000 and transfer the rest of money. He refused to do so and started stories.
          Every common man can understand that this is a SPAM / CRAP call. I hook-up saying, not Interested.

I get the same call but he told me call that number and spoke to nancy smith

I got the same call it is a scam wanted me to deposit 300 dollars in order to get the 7000 dollars tow hours later got a call from 23027774441 same scams be careful.

I received a call from this # 8/21/15, they said it was the IRS, they were going to seize my bank account, freeze my assets and take my driver's license.  They said they did an audit of my taxes from past years and found an error.  They were going to send a sheriff to my residence and have me arrested.

We rec'd a call from this number also today 8/21/15 - said the IRS was suing us.

Identified themselves and said they were the IRS and had an arrest warrant for back taxes. Asked them to give me the last 4 digits of my ss # to prove they were IRS and of course could not. Indian/middle eastern accent and background sounded like a telemarketing center.

Now operating as an IRS impersonation scam. Go to IRS home page and type "Dirty Dozen Tax Scams," pull up document and file complaints with "IRS Impersonation Scam Reporting" and "FTC Complaint Assistant."

Said it was the i.r.s. and they were going to sue me. Next time if they call I'll tell them I work for the department of justice
