Received a most unpleasant call from someone with this number who left a message claiming to be with the IRS. When I returned the call to inquire about the nature of the call it was very shady, I gave no information other than my cell phone.  He did not speak English clearly so when I had to ask him to repeat what he said he proceeded to ask me "Do I have a hearing problem".  Needless to say I was enraged by this and  I have called the real IRS and will be filing a complaint. I know that the IRS does not contact you via cell phone and leave messages, but I wanted to clarify what was going on.  I truly hope that I have not been somehow charged or scammed from making that return call.
