Called at 8:05pm on 10/7/08.    Left no message on my answering machine.  Caller ID showed "Wash DC."   Other boards report this number being a political polling number asking who you are voting for.   One person said the automated message he received mentioned the "Dallas Republican Committee," but I can't confirm this.   Irritating but legit it seems.   The price we pay for democracy.

Received 2 calls from this number today. One at 5:30 pm & the second at 6:56 pm but no one on the other end. I don't need to be harrassed wioth these phone calls!

Caller ID showed Wash DC. We got 3 calls from this number today. We tried to answer and got a dial tone. Very irratating.

got 2 calls today no answer...strange coincidence.

Received 2 calls on 5/17/09 on my cell not many people have that number.  How do they get it.   Did not answer and did not leave any message

Got a call from this number on 5/17 as well.. on my CELL phone. It was a recorded call doing a survey wanting to know if I watched the local access television station. The only organization that I've given my cell number to is my childrens school as an emergency number.

Got called twice within 30 minutes. No answer but on call back there was a recorded message saying that if my number was called in error I should press "1". I hung up.

We get harassing phone calls everyday and they are generated by a Qwest telephone technician. This is the second time 202 747 7314 has called us.

I HAD ALL THE SAME PROBLEMS LISTED --

Went to the website: GlobalCrossing.com and got all the email addresses from as many locations and executives that were listed and sent an email to every single one of them with the subject STOP THE CALLS!!!

Be sure to include your phone number - I'm not getting any more calls and it's now been 6 days!

Keep receiving calls from 202 747 7314 - no one other end to inform that we are on the no call list registry and don't wish to receive calls...continued harrassment calls, about two a day for last several weeks.  Also, goes through to voice mail but leaves no message.

Why dont they identify who they are & i would be more likely to answer questions?

Recieved call at 6:30 pm 01.29.2012.  Hung up and received call 2 about 2 hrs later.  Hung up again.  Would have used a whistle, but the call sounded like the computer.  Said something about collecting data.

Received 4 calls today. Phone rings once and than stops.

Called twice, recording says they are Pennsylvania polling. They can go pound salt up their ying yang.
