They said that the IRS has filed a suit against me.
When I call back, I just get a busy signal.

Call from 202-754-8180, advised that "this is my final notice that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me" . Called IRS gave my SS# and was told by their representative there are not existing and pending law suits against my SS#.

Foreign sounding man told me I had a law suit pending against me from the IRS. At first I was nervous, but as this guy talked I realized that he was threatening me. When he said that I had gotten certified letters I knew he was a liar.  I tried to give him the phone # for my lawyer, he would not listen to me and told me to get ready because my local police were coming after me... So far no warrant!

Received message about criminal law suit being filed against me from IRS. I called the number back numerous times just to be on hold and hung up on several times. Never got a chance to speak to agent so I take its a scam. The IRS knows how to get in contact with u trust.

Received a call from this number said it was the Legal Dept. of the IRS and that a criminal lawsuit had been filed against me.  Gave me a case number and this phone number to call back.  He said his name was Officer Daniel Wiseman.

This 202 754 8180 is a scammer !!
I know for fact as I run paper work for the Irs and told them that there scammer [***] .They did not know who there talking too .
Lmfao ... we don't call people . We send out letters you must sign for then we work with people we don't talk crazy to people on the phone . We have better things to do .

They are calling old people saying there is IRS and telling me I owed them money. My kid took the phone and gave them her mind along with a few new words. She called them scammers [***] that prey on old people like me.
I don't know if I did this right but to everyone over 50 beware of those people. The IRS do not call people they send out a long letter!!
