A recording  saying I am under arrest

This number was left on my voice mail.  I would like to know who the number belongs to

i would like to know this number belongs to.
I will be arrested!

A man with an Indian accent called and said he was looking for my husband. He was from the IRS and we had filed income tax with our CPA incorrectly so there was an arrest warrant. .I called him out on it..Told him he was a scammer...he said the officers would be at our house in 45 mins. ..scare tactics. .I know the IRS don't make these calls...and we don't use a CPA..I will be reporting the number! !  Came up as a cell phone number on caller  ID.

Just got a call from this number (202-754-8364)  on my cell phone, with a recording stating there was a warrant out for my arrest regarding taxes.
I called the number back from a land line, it rang twice then the called ended.  I called again and it was answered by a man with an Indian accent, he identified himself as an office of the US Dept. of Investigations.  He asked if I was Ms. Suzannah.  I said no and he asked that I give my name.  I refused to provide my name and said I felt this was a scam.  He told me to have a good day and hung up.

Received a voice mail from this number. Male said he was John Costigan (sic) from
U.S.Treasury. Said I must return call immediately.
Obviously an attempted scam.

Phone scam !!!! #202-754-8364 Mans voice says I have a warrant for my arrest and to call immediately or I will be arrested. SCAM

We got a recording telling us that the caller was Officer Dowd, and we need to call this number as soon as we get this message.

Received call twice today from this number.  Did not pick up.  Message was from man saying he was an officer with with the legal affairs department of the U.S. Treasury and that I must return the call immediately upon receipt of the message.  Obviously a scam.
These were two of at least six scam calls received today.  Some "unknown caller".  Some "unavailable".  I don't answer unless I recognize the number or the caller.

"Officer Watson" claiming to be IRS, voice generated threats of arrest demanding money.  Don't even answer!

I got a call from Officer Robert Watson at the IRS from this number.  It was a computer voice generated message stating I could be arrested for tax evasion.  He ordered me to return the call immediately.  I called that number several times and there was no answer.  It could be a scam, but I can't really tell.  Has anyone else had a call from this guy?

This is a computer generated scam. The IRS does not call or send out warrants for your arrest. just dont answer.

Just got a automate call telling me that I will be arrested for tax fraud!  I hang up and blocked the call from future calls!

Got a call from (202) 754-8364 and was told to call (202) 754-8431 immediately as there was a warrant out for my arrest for IRS tax crimes.  HA!!  Last I checked, I wasn't Mike Tyson or Denzel!!
Asked the little Indian man why he was trying to rip everyone off.  He hung up on me.

Just received a scam call from this number. Caller id said it was from a cell phone, from DC. Don't answer or call back.

Called twice--from 202-754-8431-a cell phone.
Message: Tax Fraud Department of Legal Affairs US Treasury Department
Said to call back it is "a matter of urgency".  Clearly a fraud.

I received this called saying that I had an arrest warrant out for me.for tax fraud.  I know this is false as I am in law enforcement.  The FBI usually will not waste time on cases such as this and the caller will be hard to trace.
