A woman with an accent left a message on our answering machine on 1/6/2016 saying "A criminal lawsuit has been filed against you case number CF79591 on our answering machine".  Wanted to receive a phone call from my attorney.  Could not really understand the threat she made after that.  Today when I called the number someone with an accent answered and when I told her about the message and that I did not know what she was referring to, she abruptly hung up on me.  I am keeping the message on the answering machine.

I received  a  similar  call today. Jan.7th I am ignoring the call.

This scam has gone around numerous times, using various phone & case numbers.  Of course we KNOW we do not have any criminal suits filed against us.  So do not bother to call back....they are tracing your phone numbers for their files.

I also received a message and is no the first time  i m  mad cause i don t have a case can somebody help this people should  prosecuted like criminals  im so dissapointed about about justice  is unfair.
