I don't know anyone in Washington, DC and I'm curious as to who would call me and then not answer when I pick up the telephone.

They need to quit calling me all the time during the day and night.

They called eight times in three days.   What a bunch of [***].

They call me at least three times a day, every day.  I never answer.  Wish they would give up as I care for an invalid and get little rest.  These calls are very annoying.  Guess I will turn off the ringer.   I pay for the phone.  Why should I have to turn it off because these morons won't quit calling!  I am on the Do No Call List, which seems to mean nothing.

I went on my Sprint account and blocked the number. Hopefully that will fix the problem!

Good luck blocking this number,,, I did just that and they still call.. .the do not call registry is a joke, but then who monitors/runs it?  Could it be a government agency????????????

Take control of the situation.  If you don't recognize the number, don't answer the call.  If it's important, the caller will leave a message and if you want to call them back, you can.  You have the phone for your convenience; not theirs.

Somebody raising money. I have a phone where only my saved numbers ring. Any other incoming numbers are set to vibrate. Much less annoying and I have the option to answer.

NOT the tea party. supposedly it is an obama scammer to discredit the tea party. caller says he's from utah but the numer is washington, dc.

Call came from "Party LF Tea" it is a DC number. I just flip it to fax and they the fax connecting noises.
You know its a scam.............

Just block the call like I do phone dosen't even ring,they are NOT the Tea Party.

i personally think the *do-not-call* registry is a telemarketer scam list that they choose their numbers from.....since i registered my phone on the DNC list, i now get MORE scam/spam/telemarketing calls than ever before.....

I didn't know that the Tea Party operated from a White House extension.

Keep getting calls from this number and when I answer they hang up.

I've received calls from this number multiple times.  I picked it up once and it was a representative for the Tea Party looking for donations.
