This number calls all least once a day and is identified in Caller ID as "Washington DC". I decided to answer today. The salesman stated that he was with "Cardholder Services". He said they had reviewed my account and determined that I was eligible for a lower interest rate. I asked what company they represented and they said "Visa and Mastercard". It was apparent that they were soliciting. So I asked how it was possible that they solicited me for a credit card when I'm on the Do Not Call Registry.  They just hung up.

I attempted to call the number back to have them take me off their calling list, but AT&T's system said it wasn't a working number.

Same thing here...card holder services.  When I've asked to be removed from the list I just get hung up on!  Then they call back the next week from a different number.

I just recieved a call from them for what seems tlike the 100th time.  I hit 1 to speak with an operator in order to stop these calls as nothing else seems to work.  He had the nerve to tell me what I did wasl illegal & would be fined $500!!

Please make them stop!!

offer to reduce my rates.  told them when i got the card that they were taking a chance.  after all, they pulled my credit report, saw my payment history, and gave me a card anyway.  now they act surprised and upset when i do not pay the bill.
one company called and told me it was the last time they would be calling about my past due bill.  told them good, because i was getting tired of their calls, and they should have realized by now i was not going to pay.  better luck with the next guy they give a card to.

Received a call today, around noon. Called ID said "Washington DC." I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

Guess what?!  I did too received this call and many times before... I don't answer but now I know who the hell it's from.

Got this call 11:30PM on a Friday night!  Prerecorded mssg about eligibility for Medicaid.  Junk.

My call for medicaid came at 11:50 tonight. I'm not even elligible.

This number 202-783-6639 District of Columbia, DC, called at 11:30pm. I jump up to answer thinking it was an emergency and it was a recorded message for medical insurance. Push # 1 for sign up or # 9 to stop receiving calls from them. I did nothing till it disconnected. I was furious for a call close to midnight.  I tried to call the number back and AT&T says out of service

Our phone rang at 11:35 pm - awoken from sleep - picked it up and someone hung up.

Same thing.  May 8th, received a call at 10:30 at night.  Caller ID District of Columbia.  Why can't these people be stopped????
