I answered and hung up immediately.  I am on do not call registry so stop calling me.

they hungup and when # is called I get all operators are busy

They call & hang up without leaving a message.  They call everyday around the same time.  We are on a do not call list, so why can't these types of calls not happen?

202-817-2924 called me on March 19, 2014 and did not answer. From what I found ,it is a marketing co. out of the District of Columbia.  And whether you on the national no call list or not they call you and hang up.  The national no call list is a joke!!  They figure that if you are calling them, your not bothering some one else.  You can block this call through the phone carrier you use, be where, They will charge you for it!!

Phone rang at 2:15 pm, I answered  heard a beep like it would record, then I hung up.

Called by 202-817-2924.  I did not answer, they did not leave a message.
It's a dead giveaway when the callerid shows junk like theirs: "V32020445900310".

Same as everyone else - this number keeps calling without leaving any message (I don't EVER pick up when the number is unknown to me - figure they'll leave a message if they're for real). I am also on the don-not-call registry, but there are many loopholes in the system which these people exploit. Many of the calls are from services that just randomly call numbers to see if the number is ""hooked up."  If you or your answering machine answers the phone, these company''s then sell your number to others as as "live" phone number, so you will just keep getting more and more annoying calls.

Get this call several times....never leaves a message.  Must be a SCAM!!
